Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you're looking to tidy up your mess quickly, a robot vacuum cleaner and mop is the way to go. The best robot vacs and mops that I have tested are top-quality in navigation and mapping and are able to pick up Cheerios, tangled wires and fake dog turds, without leaving them behind.
They're also user-friendly using an app that lets you schedule cleaning tasks and see what they're doing.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
The Roborock S8 MaxV is the best robot mop and vacuum. best robot vacuum cleaner is equipped with the latest features. This high-end vacuum is fast and agile, and it picked up pet hair and human dander almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It comes with a sleek application interface with a mini-map of your home, as well as buttons on the screen to allow manual control.
Another standout feature of the S8 is its ability to change its cleaning mode in accordance with dirt levels, thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will pause and clean its mopping pad more often when it encounters dust while prioritizing carpeted areas for mopping with a damp pad.
The mop's roller has many other smart features, such as docks that connects to your home's plumbing system to wash and clean it without having to refill the mop. You can also use voice commands with the built-in voice assistant of the S8, saying "Hey Rocky" to specify room cleaning, modes, and granular control options with your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking for a hands-off robot vacuum that has mopping capabilities The Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile choices. It's part of a plethora of robot vacuums with mops, however it's priced at a cheaper price than most of the competition.
Like most robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work in order to start, including setting up an account with the app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once you've completed that, the machine will start vacuuming and mops easily.
It is important to remember that the mapping process could take some time and the Yeedi Cube may need a few tries before it gets an accurate image of your room. In addition the detection of objects can be hit or miss; it was able to skim over furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a looser tassel and had to turn it over to get free. These are minor issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those in need of a cleaning companion that does it all.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a three-in-one home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping feature a rotating motion like hand scrubbing which results in floors that are actually cleaned, not just swept. The vacuum stick that can be detached is an innovative tool that can reach places even robot vacuums cannot.
This model is nearly identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction capacity of 8,700Pa as well as a few additional smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor will learn to understand your home better and offer dynamic obstacle avoidance. The smart app lets you customize a variety of settings such as scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping by having both the robot vacuum and the mop returning to their charging station after each task to clean their pads and empty their dust bins, and put the waste in a self-sealing bag. This helps keep the system clean and also prevents allergens from recirculating. The battery life is long enough to clean large areas without requiring an additional charge during cleaning.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the more premium robot vacuum and mop models that are available, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the money. It features an impressive 8,000 Pa suction, a rotating floor brush for carpets and an excellent obstacle avoidance. It also features a unique mopping system, that uses a roller that is continuously filled with water to pick dirt and then deposit it in the water that is dirty tank.
Its navigation system was efficient. It avoided stairs and navigated close to walls without falling. It struggled with fine particles and didn't always clear the thresholds in rooms. Its operating sound level is also high, so this model may not be as easy to set and forget as the other models.
Like most robotic vacuums and mops the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that can refill its clean water as well as empty its dustbin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes upkeep easy and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors in regular schedules. Eufy's application lets you manage all the functions. It gives an easy overview and a variety of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is one of the best vacuums/mowers on the market. It provides impressive results in mopping and vacuuming. The LIDAR mapping sensors can recognize furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with reasonable precision. The application allows users to adjust the coverage of the map, create no-go zones and customize cleaning preferences. The Freo's main roller brush is also designed to stop hair from wrapping around it, which could be an issue for many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too it comes with Reuleaux triangular mop pads that spin at 180 RPM and exert up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system also includes intelligent carpet detection, lifting these pads upward when they're in proximity to soft surfaces, preventing them from contaminating the carpet.
The docking station is designed to function as a hands-free center for maintenance, automatically washing and drying the mops, and refilling them with detergent and water. The base station also features integrated dust processing that compacts dust for seven weeks of hassle-free operation unlike traditional robot vacuums that empty their bins of dust every time they need to be cleaned.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars less than the S8 and this robot does an excellent job of keeping my office spotless and also take on the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to make an outline of your home which allows it to know which areas to avoid. In addition, unlike other vacuums with mopping capabilities, it has object/obstacle detection that avoids items such as bowls for dogs and dog toys (but not poop!).

Other fantastic features include a self-emptying dustbin and a mop that is self-washing, adjustable for water temperature and an extended side-reaching brush that is able to reach areas that other mops miss. You can also set your own cleaning schedule in the app and customize the settings for each room of your home.
Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping that can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. It can also skip mopping rooms that are not dirty if you're looking to reduce time. It's a great option when you have a mix of flooring in your home but aren't looking to spend the money to buy Roborock. Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
This robot is an excellent choice if you are seeking a flexible robot that can perform regular maintenance on a daily basis and touch-ups to wet messes. It has a range of features, including a self emptying dustbin, a separate dock for refilling water, as well as adjustable settings through the app. It's surprisingly quiet, and it's able to move around furniture legs and socks with ease. However, it isn't able to pick up knotted rug tassels and it's battery drains a little quicker than other models in our tests.
With a cost of less than $250 and less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly device that packs powerful suction and a handy automation into a sleek. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests for vacuuming however, it performed well. It also includes a wide selection of cleaning options to suit your needs, from the low-power 'Quiet' option for lightweight debris to the more robust 'Turbo' mode that is ideal for rooms with carpet. It even has the ability to remove and reconnect the mop pads without causing your carpets wet.
8. best robot vacuum cleaner Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot vacuum and mop that can be used even in small spaces. It's very quiet and fast, and it is a great choice for maneuvering around tight spaces. It's also extremely effective at removing pet hair from carpets.
It's smaller than many of its competitors however, it doesn't compromise any features. It has a decent amount of suction power, and it is able to take a photo of each object it picks up (i.e., chew toys or socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app to ensure that they don't get taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secured and not connected to your account.
It does a fantastic job of vaccuming, but it isn't quite as efficient at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes you clip onto the bottom of the bot and it essentially drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal that have water reservoirs and automatically wash and reattach their mophead.
